Q: Do you offer custom orders?

A: Yes! Please email me with serious inquires


Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Please email me about any wholesale inquiries through the contact link in the lower right hand corner. 


Q: Do you offer repairs?

A- In the unfortunate event that an item is dropped or broken I do offer first time repairs for the cost of shipping. 


Q: When will my order ship? 

A: All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, but can take up 5 business days. 

 All US orders come with free, tracked and insured USPS shipping. 

International orders are shipped using the First Class Parcel service by USPS, but can be upgraded to Priority Shipping via the products page. Transit is tracked and can take anywhere from 5-15 business days depending on destination. Priority Mail International is available for an additional cost of $15 (look for this option at the bottom of the product list).


Q: Is everything handmade? 

A: Yes! Everything for sale was handspun by Rob Kennedy in Denver, Colorado using only the best materials. 


Q: What is your return/ refund policy?

A: All orders are final once shipped. Damaged or lost items courtesy of USPS will be replaced/repaired at the cost of return shipping & handling.
